I purchased this wig on September 19th It didn’t fit well. I dropped off the item at staples drop box for return. Wigdealer.us.com reached out to me a month later saying they did not received the return item and they are charging my credit card for it. I told them I dropped off the item at staples on September 28th I don’t knowing why you didn’t receive it. I went back to staples to complain they said they don’t give tracking number to track the package so their is nothing they can do about it. I have learned a lesson not to use staples drop box every again to return any item. I will now use canada post where I can get a receipt with tracking number as prove.

This is my first time ever leaving an Wigdealer.us.com product review, but sisters this cute little wig is exactly as decribed and then some! I purchased this wig for my sister’s 81st birthday as a gift. My Big Sis has fought and won two bouts of breast cancer over the years, and last year a tiny lung cancer tumor which was caught extremely. Back to topic, this is one of the best wigs I’ve purchased for my sister thus far. Short soft curls, super lightweight and requires no styling whatsoever. You take off the hair net, cut off the tag, shake it out and you’re good to go. Happy to find a wig that requires no touching up – totally “fuss free”. I tried it on myself and didn’t want to take it off, LOL! I’ll follow up with photos at a later date as posting photos will also be a first-time step. So I purchase this wig in 2019 and played with it a few times then i put it back in the package never to be worn again. It’s 2022 I went thru my wig collection and wanted something short and curly. Watda ya know, I had one. I washed it, curls were amazing super soft felt just like a brand new wig expensive wig. It was still in the original package and suddenly i remembered why I only wore it a few times! Although the wig is gorgeous, soft with amazing curls, you can not make a part in this wig. It drove me nuts! The wefts are going in every direction! And there is no way of flipping it to the side that I prefer which is to the right. I am forced to wear it on the left because the wefts are going in so many directions, The right side is cut in a asymmetric bob style so it can’t be flipped part or no part. Very frustrated because the quality of the hair is spot on. It does not require a lot of products. And the curls last ALL day.. I am soooooo tempted to order it again to see if I receive a better one. I tossed this one which seemed like such a waste.. Wish I could have just kept the hair or had it restyled!
