Update: I’m switching my 3 star review to an 5 star review because after my first review the company reached out to me and were very apologetic. They made sure to make things right, they did not blame me for the issues or accuse me of being wrong. They explained their process to me when it comes to measuring, they offered me a partial refund and it was actually received on my end. Like I told the company, the hair is super soft, the wig build itself is amazing!! The frontal bleached perfectly and fit LITERALLY perfectly. Shedding is still an issue for me and I’d still order from this company but it’ll be a shorter length for sure.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I like it but I don’t love it. 1. I ordered 26 inches, I took this picture immediately after installing and it’s not giving 26 inches at all. 2. Mine sheds so it’s now shorter since the ends just did not look good thin. 3. I wish it was thicker. I loved that the knots were easy to bleach and bleached quickly. The hair is super super soft. The lace melts into your skin!! The wig itself is a good fit and I love that it came with an adjustable band. I don’t see it lasting long whatsoever, maybe 2 more installs and it’s done.
