I am a repeat customer. I absolutely loved this wig UNTIL the texture suddenly changed. The first picture shows the texture before which looked more natural. The second picture is the texture now which is not as natural and it does not shape my face as well. I am disappointed at the change in product as you are also not given a wig cap with the new product. I would’ve recommended this wig before when it was more natural. I do not recommend buying this wig now as it deflates and tangles easily. Maybe they switched hair providers, but I really wish they would go back. I hope this helps!
