I have had great experiences with these wigs but this time is a let down. When I saw that this wig’s packaging was re-taped with discolored strips of tape, I began to dread what I might find inside. Sure enough, the curls were fuzzy on one side as if someone had finger combed it, while the curls on the oppositeside were well-defined. It was slightly matted on the underside of the uneven bangs. This was likely a return that was resealed and sold without examining the unit closely for signs of wear. I am disappointed after spending hours looking for a specific style and color plus two days awaiting its arrival.
