The product description is accurate. If anything, the actual product exceeds the description. There are three small combs for attaching (1 front, 2 rear), and the size is adjustable as stated. It also included 2 skull caps, a hair net, and a storage bag. If all of that is listed in the description, I missed it, so I count those as bonus.
