    I love the hair texture and quality. It washed up very soft with sparse shedding. I used a gentle moisture shampoo and conditioner. My head is a bit larger so a slightly deeper and wider cap will provide a better grip for slightly larger head sizes. I made a customer service request

    I love the fact it is secure. There are combs in the front and back. There’s an inside strap to tighten or loosen the cap, plus the velcro headband. The only thing I didn’t like was the ends look thin, like it needs it’s ends clipped. I wet it and applied some mousse to curl it up. I’d purchase again. This is my go to wig!!

    I had high hopes for this headband wig but it was a disappointment. It tangles so bad that I literally just wear it back in a ponytail bun all the time. The color is also very brown as opposed to like a natural black color. It’s BROWN BROWN. I have other wet and wavy textured wigs/hair and have products that work great with it. They do nothing for this wig. I don’t think it is 100% human hair. I think it is some kind of blend because I mean it’s struggle to even brush it after awhile. It’s a matted mess.
