It was clearly worn and returned. Fine, I returned a couple wigs so I’m sure someone out there is wearing one I tried on and didn’t like. But this had been worn long enough to have mats. I tried brushing them out but there were just too many. The color was pretty but they clearly didn’t take the time to inspect it and send it in good condition.

The thickness is spot on and adds to the realistic look. Considering the long length it really isn’t heavy on the head. I only needed to trim the bangs and then it was ready to go. She sheds more than most of my other wigs, but I think that may be due to its length as I have other, shorter Park Yun wigs that don’t shed. I would definitely buy this one again! Park Yun is a great brand at an excellent price.
