   I got this wig specifically because it advertised that you could dye it and use heat on it, but it turns out both of those things ruin the wig. I got the burgundy one planning to make the bangs and top layer black for a nice two toned look, I used a vegan conditioning color that I have used many times in the past with absolutely no issue.

   Once I dyed and washed the wig, I towel dried it and then put it on to use my blow dryer and style it, it became apparent immediately that it was ruined. The end of every strand is now split ends, it has a terrible smell and it’s no longer soft at all. I tried leave in conditioner and trimming the split ends, but as soon as you trim it the new end does the exact same thing. It essentially just looks like a very cheap plastic wig now and nothing I’ve tried saves it at all.

   I don’t believe that this is actual hair, I think I’ve been ripped off and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

   So i ordered this for myself. I was skeptical at first but to be honest I love it. The color was spot on. The hair is super soft, and easy to manage and keep clean. I am definitely very satisfied with this wig. It does also come with 2 wig caps, and is super easy to put on.

   The overall piece was way to large for my head. The sides came down over my ears, and it wanted to slip backwards off my head. The wig itself felt very good, and the color was wonderful. The cut on it was lopsided, and I didn’t want to cut on it. I do think it was a good quality product, it just didn’t fit.

   I have been buying wigs for a while now, and this is by far the worst one that I have purchased. It looks nothing like what is shown. The color is beautiful, but the wig itself is just “off”. It has an odd shape and not even. It’s layered, which I didn’t recall that being in the details. It flips, it curls and just not the same as described. I was super excited, but now I’m super disappointed. Sorry for the negative review, I usually only respond with positivity. This one just doesn’t get it.

This wig was more than what I expected. It’s soft, I’m able to curl it, perfect color, and have the fullness that I like. I can’t wait to wear it this weekend.
