I was almost turned off by some of the negative reviews but glad I took a chance. This has been one of my longest lasting synthetic wigs. I’ve been wearing it daily for about a month (I don’t sleep in it). If the ends get frizzy I just run through with my Revlon round brush hairdryer and spritz a little Simply Stylin spray.
My two cons are 1) the cap fits differently compared to my Butta units. It feels a bit shorter from forehead to nape, and wider ear to ear. 2) The lace is fantastic if you’re doing a full bald cap method, but I like to just wear my wig cap normally and I have to place it a little more carefully so it doesn’t show. They aren’t lying about the bare lace!
Overall I love this so much and will buy another color.

I’ve ordered this wig in 3 Secret Highlight colors- Golden Walnut, Berry, Ginger.
The golden walnut was full and well constructed- however it didn’t have a breathable cap as shown in the picture it was mesh. I’ve ordered other Bare Lace units and all the other ones have come with the construction shown in the picture. I’m not sure if I got a fluke wig – but it was a good fluke because this one lasted me weeks of daily wear!!
After the success of the Walnut I ordered two more. The Ginger was fine but a bit thinner, and the Berry was super thin and one of the tracks loose.
I made all 3 units work but it’s frustrating to see the quality control so all over the place.
I say give it a go but be warned.

I finally bought this wig after dozens of reviews on tiktok claiming it was perfect and without faults.
Not only is the cap very loose with major adjustments, the hair tangles so bad that it sheds.
Let me repeat myself: IT TANGLES SO BAD THAT IT KNOTS UP AND SHEDS
Do not get this wig! Save your money.
The lace is great but the hair is TERRIBLE.
