This wig had a thick elastic band to hold it in place on the head and one comb at the base of the neck (no combs on the sides). I found this design made it very easy to put on—I just slid the elastic band into place first and then slid the back of the wig into place and secured it with the comb. The elastic band definitely makes it feel more secure and comfortable. The top of the head is lace with hairs placed in it to resemble a natural hair line, which looks great, although because the lace goes all the way across the scalp, the color of the wig cap may show through if not careful. Also, while the lace going across the whole forehead gives it a natural look, the issue I kept having was that the corners of my natural hair line around the temple area kept peeking through the lace. It wasn’t too noticeable for me since I have dark hair that blended with the wig color, but anyone with lighter hair may have issues with it being noticeable through the lace. The hair was super soft/silky feeling and came pre-curled in large ringlets. In the curled state, the length is approximately 16 inches, so if the curls are combed out the hair will be longer than 16 inches. This wig also came with a gift pouch, which was an organza bag containing a hair clip, cheetah print headband, and two nylon wig caps.

This is such a beautiful 16-inch wig! The hair is soft and silky. As someone new to wearing wigs, I found it a bit challenging to try this one out. It’s a glueless wig, which means it’s ready to wear right out of the package. I need to work on putting my hair up properly so I can put this wig on correctly. I really appreciate how lightweight it is because I don’t want the wig to cause discomfort on my head.
I’m excited about this wig because it allows me to change the parting. I prefer a side part, and this wig accommodates that preference. The lace closure is a generous 5×6, which is one of the most important features for me since it enables me to adjust the part. Additionally, there is a fixed comb in the back and a removable band—I choose to keep the band on as it helps the wig stay secure.
