Not pre plucked.or pre bleached.
The 4 inch middle part does not allow the wig to gracefully lay on top of the head also, the way the wig was manufactured has created unremovable lumps on the top side of the wig. No amount of flat ironing would remove it. I tried to wash and, blow dry to hopefully straighten the hair but the lumpy look on the top still remains. I want my money back.
