   This was one of the first few wigs I purchased. However, it’s not for beginners! You want to feel confident enough to style this investment as this wig required a lot of prep for me to get it right. It’s very thick so I used a razor to thin it out some (~20%) and trimmed the bang so it looks more natural. It didn’t shed much at all when I washed it. Using a hot curling iron was fine. Because of the subtle crimped texture, it looks much more natural matching what my hair would look like in a straightened state. I also like that it’s not jet black either and is more of a dark brown slightly reddish tone.

   The only reason I can’t give the unit 5 stars is because when preparing the wig, I must have plucked, pulled, or cut out at least 75-100 grayish or bright red hair strands.

   I’ll wear it a few months and determine if it’s holding value worth the extra star – especially if I forget all the effort necessary to get it ready to wear initially because I get tons of compliments! 😆

   Its definitely alot of hair. Really is 200% density and its beautiful. I tried it on straight out of the package, and sheared some of the bang. I really dont suggest cutting the bang to much. After that I immediately washed her and conditioned with Silicon Mix bamboo. Blew it dry with my dryer brush. I have been looking for a farrah fawcet type wig and this is it. I brought the 20inch and its just beautiful. Given the density, I wouldnt go longer than 20 inches, but each its own. Basically you gotta put a lil work in, but for the quality and price, its soo worth it. Its so soft and curls beautifully. Natural wearability and easy to put on.

   I received a used wig that looked nothing like the picture. Had make up and all on it and an elastic band attached. It didn’t come with the care card or the wig cap. I contacted Wigdealer.us.com to get a replacement. The replacement was correct and I could tell it was the one pictured and unopened. The wig is very pretty but still not like the photo. The bangs for example are not wispy or lightly cut like pictured. It is also not 200 density. More like 180. I will most likely update the review with pictures.
